|Job Role Responsibilities||To function as the link between the end consumers, the Product Quality Advisor, the Territory Manager, the Station Managers and other interfaces as required.
Log, investigate, process and respond to any complaints/queries received from end consumers through phone, email, other channels as appropriate
Ensure the case is escalated to related parties timely and standard procedures are used to resolve consumer concerns.
Inform relevant parties of the progress and/or complaint, query resolution in a timely manner
Assist with special projects, initiatives, strategic work items assigned by Management
|Required Skills and Knowledge||Bachelor’s degree in any field
Strong academic background
Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
Good in Cantonese
Good interpersonal skills, demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude
Communication and presentation skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to learn, seek knowledge and self-development
A good team player
